Paul W. Davis has been in the field of Architecture for over 25 years, first as a Project Architect for Davis, Jacoubowsky, Hawkins and Walker Associates, Inc. and now as a partner of The Paul Davis Partnership.  With a background in all facets of design and construction, he offers skills from Conceptual Development through Construction Administration. Paul W. Davis currently serves as a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Monterey, Chair of the Design Review Board for Sand City and Consulting Architect for CSU Monterey Bay.

Paul E. Davis AIA

Paul E. Davis has over 45 years experience in Architectural Planning and Design, including the founding and heading of one of the largest architectural firms on the Central Coast, Davis, Jacoubowsky, Hawkins and Walker Associates, Inc. from 1969 to 1986. His present focus is on development analyses, conceptual planning, master planning, design and representation. Paul E. Davis was recently named “Citizen of the Year” for 2002 by the Monterey Chamber of Commerce.  Currently Paul is a member of the Architectural Review Commission of the City of Monterey.

Charles S. Hornisher
Project Manager

Charles S. Hornisher has been in the field of Architecture for over 12 years. With a background in structural engineering and architectural and interior design, he offers skills from Conceptual Design through Project Administration, Sustainable Design, 3D Modeling and Presentation. Since 2005, he has been a Project Manager for the Paul Davis Partnership and has worked on custom homes, multi-family housing and commercial projects.

Ryan Cornelsen

Ryan has 12 years of experience in Architectural offices in Monterey County. Since 2002, he has been a Project Manager for the Paul Davis Partnership and has worked on several public facility projects.

Heather Marquard
LEED Designer, Documentation and Specifications, Project Manager

Heather Marquard has worked as an architect, designer, project manager, and sustainable consultant during the course of her 13 year career. She is a licensed architect in the State of Michigan and is working on completing reciprocity for licensure in the State of California. Her experience covers a wide variety of projects, including commercial, educational, hospitality, government and industrial, ranging in size from very small to very large. She is a LEED accredited professional, USGBC Faculty Member, CSI certified Construction Documents Technologist, and member of the following groups: USGBC Northern California and Detroit Chapters, AIA Committee on the Environment for Monterey Bay and Michigan, Monterey County Business Council Green Building Cluster, City of Marina Design Review Board, and AMBAG Energy Advisory Committee.
